Anthony C. Spikes is the Managing Principal and CEO of Sapphire Hill Global Partners, a global-macro investment firm he founded in 2009. He also serves as Co-CEO and Co-Portfolio Manager of Harbor Hill Advisors, a joint venture between the investment firms of Sapphire Hill Global and Iron Harbor Capital Management. Mr. Spikes is also a member of the Advisory Committee to the CEO of the PGA of America.
Mr. Spikes has over 20 years of experience in the investment and finance industry. Including his law background Mr. Spikes has over 24 years of experience in law and finance.

Lymon S. Cazenave, Director of IT
Lymon “Steve” Cazenave is the Director of IT for Sapphire Hill Global. Mr. Cazenave, a submarine veteran of the U.S. Navy, has an extensive technology background with particular emphasis on graphic design, web development and publication management. Mr. Cazenave graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Colorado Technical University with a degree in Visual Communications. Mr. Cazenave also holds degrees in Graphic Design from the Denver Institute of Technology and Architectural Design from Mesa Community College.
